Chyna Jones is a visual artist specializing in doll making, illustration, and mixed media sculptures. A self-titled “jack of all trades”, Chyna is skilled in several types of media; from needlework, to sculpting, felting, painting, digital and traditional drawing, and zine making.

Residing in Detroit, MI, Chyna is a proud urban artist that aspires to create more inclusive and supportive networks for up and coming artists. Her plans are to start, own and curate her own gallery right here in the city to help support and uplift other artists who feel that they can’t feasibly establish an art career. The space will also house a co-working space for those who need a place to create, network, and hold creative events.
